Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department was established in 2012. The aim of the department is to train qualified executive chefs (cooks) for accommodation and catering businesses. In line with this purpose, students are equipped with knowledge and skills related to foreign language information technologies tourism sector and tourism enterprises modern management and management Turkish cuisine international cuisines nutrition principles food science and technology food and beverage production. Students are not yet enrolled in this department.
