The "International Career Planning and Education Programs Information Seminar" was organized by our faculty. Ceyhan İnci, President of ASKON Manchester and an entrepreneur residing in Manchester, England, and İlknur Ünsal, Hays&Rota International Education Consultant, participated as speakers at the event. The seminar provided students with inspiring information on studying abroad and career planning. İlknur Ünsal particularly shared her experience in international education consultancy, addressing technical topics such as which educational opportunities are available in which countries, key points to consider during the application process, scholarship and accommodation opportunities, and student visa procedures.
Ceyhan İnci began his speech by outlining a general framework for international education, noting that they transfer students from Turkey to numerous countries, including the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Malta, Scotland, Ireland, the US, Canada, and Dubai. He broadened the students' horizons by sharing examples of current practices in various fields, from language schools to undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs, and from Erasmus Mobility to foreign language learning. İnci also shared candid information about his personal experiences and his entrepreneurial journey abroad, answering participants' questions with great sincerity and providing guidance in one-on-one conversations following the seminar.
At the seminar's conclusion, our Faculty Dean, Prof. Dr. Yetkin Bulut, thanked our speakers for their contributions and presented them with sapling certificates. The program concluded with a raffle held among the participating students. Six students, selected through the raffle, won various gifts and left the seminar both knowledgeable and happy.
