Our faculty's Tourism Management Department has successfully completed a significant process within the scope of its accreditation efforts, which it has been conducting since the end of 2017.
The report and related evidence meticulously prepared by the Tourism Management Department during the TURAK accreditation application process were reviewed by an evaluation team chaired by Prof. Dr. Şafak ÜNÜVAR and including academic evaluator Prof. Dr. Burhan SEVİM, sector evaluator Ali Cenk YORULMAZ, and student evaluator Üzeyir Emrah İLTER.
As part of the field visit, meetings were held with faculty administration, department heads, faculty members, research assistants, administrative staff, and stakeholders. At the end of the visit, a meeting was held at the rector's office with the participation of Rector Prof. Dr. Fatma Aydın, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Çetin KURNAZ, Faculty of Tourism Dean Prof. Dr. Yetkin BULUT, Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zuhal ÇİLİNGİR ÜK, and Dr. Esra KATIRCIOĞLU, Chair of the Tourism Faculty Unit Mentor Monitoring and Accreditation Evaluation Committee.
The exit notification report prepared as a result of the meetings was presented to Rector Prof. Dr. Fatma AYDIN.
