Bafra, known for its Bafra Pidesi, Nokulu, creamy Turkish delight, and many other delicacies, is working in collaboration with Ondokuz Mayıs University's Faculty of Tourism and the Bafra Municipality to compile a gastronomic inventory.
To this end, our faculty dean, Prof. Dr. Yetkin Bulut, faculty member and director of Bafra Tourism Vocational School, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zuhal Çilingir Ük, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts faculty members, Res. Dr. Mehmet Kızıleli, and Res. Gülsevdi Öztürk, met with Bafra Mayor Hamit Kılıç.
