As part of the "Technical Support Project for the Development of Entrepreneurial Competencies for Academicians and Students of the TR83 Region," supported by the Central Black Sea Development Agency (OKA) and implemented by Samsun University's Technology Transfer Office, a three-day training program will be organized for academicians and fourth-year graduate and doctoral students from universities in the provinces of Amasya, Çorum, Samsun, and Tokat. The training will take place at Samsun University's Ballıca Campus on November 26–27–28, 2025. Participants will receive a certificate of participation.
