
At Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU), students and staff making cafeteria payments is now much easier and more advantageous. Thanks to our university's collaboration with Akbank, you can now benefit from meal services more easily. Payments made via the SoliClub mobile application aim to make cafeteria transactions faster, safer, and more modern. Both our students and employees will be able to benefit from this new system.
With the new system:
- Payments will be made in seconds with a QR code, eliminating the need for cash.
- All access and payment transactions will be consolidated on a single platform, ensuring a more efficient operation.
- Students and staff who add their Akbank cards and credit cards to the system will be offered advantages such as the "Buy 5 meals, get 1 free" campaign and the Askıda Yemek app.
- The Askıda Yemek system makes it possible to both offer and receive support in times of need.
- In line with our university's digitalization vision, a 24/7, secure, and reportable infrastructure will be guaranteed.
This transformation is not only a convenient payment solution; it is also a significant step that strengthens OMÜ's student-friendly approach and aligns campus life with modern technologies.
Excellent meal offer: 1 out of 5 meals free
All students and staff who are Akbank card or credit card customers and pay using the SoliClub app can take advantage of the "Buy 5 meals, get 1 free" campaign. This campaign will be valid for one year for each participant and will directly contribute to our students' budgets.
The Suspended Meal system allows you to both provide support and receive support in times of need. 400 meals are provided free of charge each day through "Suspended Meals." You can increase this number by adding more Suspended Meals.

How to register for the SoliClub app?
- Download the SoliClub app to your phone and click the "Register" button to begin the membership process.
- Select your university, register with your student ID number if you are a student, or your Turkish ID number if you are an employee.
- After completing the required information, complete your membership and log in.
How do I make payments?
- You must add an Akbank card/credit card using the "Add Card" option in the app.
- When adding a card, you must create a BKM Express membership. (If you already have a BKM Express membership, you can log in.)
- We strongly recommend that the card you add must be an Akbank card or a credit card from the same bank. When opening an account on Akbank Mobile, use the Branch Code 1389 (Akbank 19 Mayıs University Branch).
- Once the card addition process is complete, you can take advantage of fast payment options with your Akbank card or Akbank credit card.
QR Code Convenience at Dining Hall Entrances
Users who have completed their membership to the [SoliClub app] (https://www.omu.edu.tr/sites/default/files/files/omude-yemekhane-odemelerinde-yeni-donem-soliclub-ve-akbank-birligiyle-kolay-hizli-ve-avantajli/yemekhaneodemesistemiadimlari.pdf) and added their Akbank card/credit card can enter the dining hall by scanning the QR code on the turnstile using the camera activated in the app upon arrival.

- If you're an Akbank customer but haven't used your debit card in a while, insert your card into an ATM once or make one small purchase to avoid any problems.
- If you've received your card: Generate and activate your PIN from Akbank Mobile or at the ATM.
- If you use Axess/Wings, you can add them as well.
- New customers: Digital cards are issued for new Akbank customers, so no additional steps are required.
