Dear Graduates,
In accordance with the decision made by our university, the @stu email accounts assigned to you during your registration period and your data stored on Google Drive will be permanently deleted three months after your graduation date.
In this context, graduates who have graduated within three months of graduation must back up their emails and files stored in their accounts by 5:00 PM on October 10, 2025. If the backup is not completed within the specified timeframe, access to the relevant accounts will be lost, and the data will not be restored.
