Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) Faculty of Tourism held its 2023-2024 academic year graduation ceremony in the Hanife Aşçı Conference Hall.
The ceremony was attended by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Yetkin Bulut; Vice Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zuhal Çilingir Ük; faculty members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olcay Özışık Yapıcı, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yasin Keleş, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mutlu Kaya; faculty members Yaşar Gültekin, Melike Çakır Keleş, Zuhal Yaşar, and Veysel Altuncan; our school's administrative staff; representatives from public institutions; and parents.
Following the valedictorian, Sahranur Altay, who delivered a thank-you speech on behalf of the graduating students, Prof. Dr. Yetkin Bulut, Dean of Bafra Faculty of Tourism, informed the attendees about our school's educational approach and vision. Prof. Dr. Yetkin Bulut advised the graduating students to learn to take responsibility and take initiative, in addition to developing their professional skills.
The graduation ceremony concluded with the tossing of the caps, a traditional graduation ritual.
